30-day return window
We want you to be confident in your purchase.
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit —
provided they meet the conditions below.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging.
- Items must be in resalable condition.
- A valid proof of purchase or invoice is required.
Items not eligible for return
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Opened or used dental consumables
- Products that have been removed from original sterile packaging
- Perishable or regulated health products once opened
- Hazardous, flammable, or restricted items
- Custom-made, special-order, and non-stock products
- Clearance or discounted items marked “FINAL SALE”
- Gift cards and digital downloads
This aligns with standard dental supply industry practices; other major suppliers accept returns only for sealed, resalable products.
How to return
- Email support@denfinity.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will issue a Return Authorization (RMA) and instructions.
- Return the product to:
Important: Returns without an RMA may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- You will be notified by email of approval or rejection.
- If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases oferror on our part.
Restocking fees may apply for large equipment or special handling at our discretion.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
